together with the Prague Easter foot-o event center (PE2011)

 

Terrain:

Sandstone area. Rugged terrain with deep as well as shallow valleys, rocky ridges, rock and boulder formations, nice pine and mixed forest (generally good visibility). Forest roads with mostly firm, sporadically sandy surface. Organizers will arrange assistants for wheelchair competitors that cannot come with their own ones. Please, let us know about it. Altitude 280 – 370m.

Number of Controls:

E1: 15-20, race length cca 30 min;
E2, E3: 20+2 (+/- 30%), 2-2,5 km, elevation max. 50 m, limit cca 120+30

 

Rules:

The official Czech trail-o rules, derived from the IOF rules, exceptions: just one time keeper on timed controls, most controls not supervised by marshals.
Z (zero) answers just for E classes in stages E2 and E3.
TempO penalty: 45 seconds.

Punching:

Standard mechanical punching.

In-situ entries just according to the organisers capacity.

Start times can be adapted according to the foot-o start times.

 

Entry fees:

100 CZK for each stage in cash at registration desk.

E1, E2: meadow near the EC; E3: children summer camp Stvolínky

Registration:

22/4 in the EC during E2 of the PE2011

 

Start:

E1: no startlist, competitors can start before or after their E2 race of PE2011
E2, E3: planned start at 2PM, refined in later documents

E1, E2: 24/4 during PE2011 ceremony; E3: 30 min after the race

Jury:

Jury members will be announced before the end of registration.

Refreshment:

In the PE2011 Event Center.

 

WC:

In the PE2011 Event Center (incl. wheelchair WC).

 

Accomodation:

Organizer will not provide, more information on PE2011 web pages.

 

Transportation:

Organizer will not provide. After the E2 stage, transport service may be arranged for (upon request) to Č. Lípa, or Doksy at minimum fare covering expenses.
